Led by Someone Who Has Lived It
Ian McDonald is not just an administrator — he is someone who understands addiction from the inside out. After battling alcoholism since his adolescent years, Ian achieved recovery and made it his life's mission to help others do the same.
He brought that mission to Crescent Moon Recovery, where he served as Director of Operations — overseeing day-to-day care while ensuring every staff member and participant had everything they needed to succeed. Ian carried that same philosophy forward when he founded Oasis Treatment Centers.
Coming to behavioral health from a background in Construction Management, Ian understands the importance of structure, accountability, and building something that lasts. At Oasis, he uses his platform and his own lived experience to help as many people as possible find their way to lasting recovery.
